Hi Peter,
It has been several months since Domenic came to our house to do the installation along with the other plumbing work I needed. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure having Domenic and his apprentice around for the day. He was very friendly and explained everything I wanted to know. As you are aware, I have questions piled on top of questions when it comes to anything technical and Domenic rose to the challenge every time. His work was exceptional. Everything was neatly done and I know good joints when I see them.
As to the equipment: I could not be more pleased. The water softener works as advertised and I am pleasantly surprised at how economically it uses the salt. I think it will be more than a year before I need to buy salt after the supply you left me which I thought would be gone in 6 month. I had an on demand Kinetico system before this one and swore by it, but am now totally converted. I am also extremely pleased with the RO system. It makes plenty of water and takes up very little space. I’m looking forward to the time when I need to change the filters with the quick-change feature. With my old system, it was more than a one-hour process to change filters.

MIKE ROCKS! he fixed everything. Professional, courteous, little booties on at all times, tolerated the 200 million questions my husband asked him, and even on the 2 millionth and first question, Mike was still smiling and courteous. Mike fixed all little things that have been nagging at us to do, and he confirmed/located most of these things without us asking or prompting. He not only explained what he was doing as he went along, he also explained, in layman's terms, why he was doing it, and showed my husband a couple of "handy-man" tips. He made next to zero mess, and cleaned up what little mess there was as he went. We will be looking to upgrade some bathrooms in the next year or so - will definitely be calling again. Mike Holmes is right -

My wife and I recently retained your firm to repair water leakage problems in our basement which required new weeping tiles to be installed and a new main sewer pipe to be installed.
We wish to advise that your workmen, Edward and Dimitri who completed the job were fast, efficient, neat and courteous and did excellent work. We also dealt with your technician, Aurelio Malavenda and your service manager, Luis Furtado both o 'whom were knowledgeable and easy to reach, pleasant to speak to and organized.
We especially want to thank Aurelio and Luis for their assistance with our insurance claim arising from the water leakage which resulted in a settlement in a far larger amount than we expected.

Hello Bosco Plumbing,
I am writing to you today to thank you for the outstanding job that you did to
resolve our recent plumbing issues.
Early this spring our basement flooded because our house had old drains that were ill-placed and became clogged with ice from the cold weather and debris. We were thankful when Luis and Aurelio came to our house and worked to remedy our situation immediately. Our basement has been dry ever since. These two gentlemen were highly professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. Having our basement flood was a difficult experience to go through but we were relieved with the way that Luis and Aurelio dealt with our situation. It really put our minds at ease. Not only was their work thorough but they helped us to get our paper work in order and to call the right people at the City of Toronto and our insurance company.
Should we have any other plumbing issues in the future, we will be sure to call Bosco Plumbing.

Hi Marjorie,
Just a note to tell you how pleased we are with our RO water treatment system. I will be writing a more formal thank you soon, but I thought I would start with a quickie e-mail.
The system does an amazing job of improving the taste and smell of our over-chlorinated town water. It is quite compact and very tidy under our sink. I was very impressed with the contractor who installed the unit---so, thank you to all!

Marjorie: thanks for having Ken take care of this and the no charge service call. He is a most pleasant and gentlemanly repair man. Thanks to Murphy for his efficiency in communicating with us. Keeping us informed counts for a lot in how we think about the dependability of a service company.
So far the reset to the system is holding as Ken suggested it would.

My experience with Bosco Plumbing and their people has been outstanding. It all started with
frozen pipes in a home we recently purchased. I contacted Bosco via their on-line website
and was contacted by Marjorie within 5 minutes. She recommended sending a plumber with a
specific skillset to deal with my unique problem.
Keith was dispatched initially to investigate and recommend a solution. Bosco actually calls you to
let you know when their people are on their way. None of this "between 8 Am and 5 pm" window. There
was no point in even calling another company for a competitive quote. I knew I was dealing with a
company that I could trust.
The repairs were completed this past weekend. Good company, great people and customer service. I recommend them highly.

To whom it may concern:
Hello:
Just to let you know Naji returned this morning to replace the fill valve on the Toto toilet,
as the supplier provided unit was making a loud noise and 'stuttering' at the end of the fill cycle.
The unit now works as well as the second unit I had installed.
Thank you for your wonderful support; Naji is a great asset to your organization. When I
have more work done, I will insist (hopefully) he is the technician provided.
