A Message from the President:

Plumbing Services also refers to a system of pipes and fixtures installed in a building for the distribution of potable (drinking) water and the removal of sewage wastes. Plumbing is usually distinguished from water and sewage systems, in that a plumbing system serves one building, while water and sewage systems serve a group of buildings or a city.

When I think of plumbing as a whole and as an industry I am very proud to be a Master Plumber and am very excited to give back to an industry that I love to work in. Don’t get me wrong, it can get messy at times and sometimes down right awful conditions to work in, but the thought of me and Bosco Residential Plumbing being such a valuable part of our society makes me proud (regardless of all the ‘butt crack’ jokes I have to hear). I carry this integrity throughout my company and expect our staff to live up to the professional integrity and reputation we have built over the last 10 years.

Vision

My vision is to be the most trusted residential repair plumbing company in our service area (see our service area for details). I envision every home in our service area to have a plumbing service agreement “Service Partner Plan”

Options

I’ve always wondered how any home provider can walk into a home and ‘fix’ something that the customer has asked for without finding out what the customer’s lifestyle is all about. It reminds me of a few years back when I walked in to the local big box electronic store and asked the customer service representative to help me purchase a LCD 50” TV I saw in a magazine. It was the best one the market at the time and it was perfect for me…… or so I thought. Thank goodness this particular store representative was looking out for my best interest and was very polite and courteous; before I went into my big rant and rave about this particular model he asked me kindly “Can I ask you a few questions before you purchase this T.V.?” “Sure” I responded “but make it quick I got to go install this puppy!” He asked the following questions (over a period of time and in between answers of course):

• How far back will you be sitting away from your TV?
• How high will it be suspended above the floor?
• What room are you putting this TV in?
• If it’s the basement, do you have any windows and natural light coming in?
• Do you prefer to watch drama/adventure/sports programming?
• How often will you use it?
• What are the dimensions of your room? (is it rectangular/square)
• And so on and so on

WOW! That blew me away, this guy truly wanted to put the right TV in my home and not necessarily the one I thought I wanted. He wanted to make sure I was fully educated when it came time to make a decision…..awesome! I came out of the store with a 42” plasma which was cheaper and clearer than the 50” LCD I had originally wanted.

This is what I believe we as a your local residential plumber should do for you, care about your choices and dare to ask questions that puts your best interest in mind not ours. I believe in a long term relationship not a one time ‘call’, you should be given every opportunity to make the best educated choice for you and that’s what we are here for; to educate you and provide choices.
