I am extremely pleased with the work that Bosco [Home Services] performed on one of my sites. 30 Ln Ft of hand dug residential waterproofing is no small task, but the guys at Bosco made it look like it was a piece of cake. Within the second day it was complete, backfilled and you couldn’t even tell they were there.
The crew was professional, extremely knowledgeable and at the end of it all made me, the contractor look fantastic. (important with any sub)

Recently we began having some challenges with our water heater and decided to seek some advice from a local plumbing company. I contacted a few.
I would like to compliment you and your team. I had a very positive experience dealing with Bosco right from the first phone call that I placed, to the installation of a new water heater 1 week later. I also appreciated the fact that you have someone answering the phone “who tries to make you smile”, who could offer help right away and not leave me stuck with an answering machine.
Because of my tight schedule your staff were able to meet with me for an assessment within an hour’s notice. During the assessment, they presented me with my choices, which I felt met my needs, and they were able to provide me with a quote on-site. I was so impressed that despite meeting with 2 of your competitors, I called back the same day to place an order.
The staff who came were presentable and friendly, and showed care of our home by wearing “booties” over their shoes.
You were able to meet my requirements of installation on a Wednesday, the following week. On installation day, bright and early, Neil arrived with the water heater. When we went to the basement, he asked some questions about my choice of the water heater, and explained another alternative to me that included a water mixing valve that I actually felt better suited my needs. He could have taken the easy road and just installed the tank he had, and I really appreciate that he took the time to show me a different alternative.
To keep the installation on schedule, he immediately called the office to order the new tank and left to pick it up, and was back to install the new one within a few hours, which I found impressive.
Neil approaches his work professionally and it seemed so effortless for him, despite the fact that I was watching and asking questions (which I’m sure was quite distracting).
Neil also took the time to advise me about a venting problem with my water softener and told me how it should be fixed according to code.
I had a new water heater by noon! Bosco has a new customer that will not hesitate to refer your services.

I have just had my laundry faucets replaced by your company and I would like to comment on your service. I was promised same day service by a technician Matthew. I received a call to say that Matthew was still with a customer and the techncian would be Adam. Adam Cowell came within the hour – a very professional young man who surveyed the situation, laid out my options, came back with a quote and two types of faucet, I chose one and authorized the work. Apart from the faucets he installed hot and cold shutoffs, which had been absent, siliconed the gap between the tubs, attached the new faucets to the tubs for stability. Hi Peter, It has been several months since Domenic came to our house to do the installation along with the other plumbing work I needed. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure having Domenic and his apprentice around for the day. He was very friendly and explained everything I wanted to know. As you are aware, I have questions piled on top of questions when it comes to anything technical and Domenic rose to the challenge every time. His work was exceptional. Everything was neatly done and I know good joints when I see them. As to the equipment: I could not be more pleased. The water softener works as advertised and I am pleasantly surprised at how economically it uses the salt. I think it will be more than a year before I need to buy salt after the supply you left me which I thought would be gone in 6 month. I had an on demand Kinetico system before this one and swore by it, but am now totally converted. I am also extremely pleased with the RO system. It makes plenty of water and takes up very little space. I?m looking forward to the time when I need to change the filters with the quick-change feature. My original call got Andrew here in a timeframe that was fantastic. Subsequent to the call, I noticed a white tube hanging. Since I do not go down to the cellar very often, I could not determine a timeframe when this happened. I felt I should check it out, so I called Bosco. Andrew came the same day and determined the problem. Prior to this call I had purchased a faucet for the laundry room, which was really a faucet you would put in a kitchen from a store. I made the store aware of this. The store quoted the price with a plumber installing it. He changed the set up —- a tube from the laundry faucet generating water to the drain in the cellar, for gas emission into the house. He DID NOT MAKE ME AWARE OF THIS! MIKE ROCKS! He fixed everything. Professional, courteous, little booties on at all times, tolerated the 200 million questions my husband asked him, and even on the 2 millionth and first question, Mike was still smiling and courteous. Mike fixed all little things that have been nagging at us to do, and he confirmed/located most of these things without us asking or prompting. He not only explained what he was doing as he went along, he also explained, in layman’s terms, why he was doing it, and showed my husband a couple of “handy-man” tips. He made next to zero mess, and cleaned up what little mess there was as he went. We will be looking to upgrade some bathrooms in the next year or so – will definitely be calling again. Mike Holmes is right – DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND PAY THE PRICE ONCE! Thanks again. We will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future.

Hi, I just wanted to extend my thanks to your company, and Josh in particular. Monday evening Josh came to fix my kitchen sink drain. He is the third plumber since I have lived in this house to have come in to address this drain problem. Well, it is finally fixed and draining as it should – for the first time in two years.
